The profiling instruments we work with

Alexo Coaching works with profiling instruments that have the ability to motivate the customer to take action.

These tools encourage the customer to explore beyond the known context what other development potential is possible for him. Instead of linking strictly defined profiles to people, we invite you to evaluate the results of the reports and increase the scope. ‘Either-Or’ then becomes ‘And-And’. The use of these tools accelerates the development process.

Where iEQ9 encourages the customer to discover unconscious motivations that play a role in both professional and personal contexts, EQi 2.0 will provide a measurement of the current insight into emotional intelligence: self-knowledge, self-awareness, social skills, stress management, decision-making and general well-being .
